customizable labels

I want to be able to add a label to a climbing session (in Log) (should be settable per calendar date/session) - later I want to be able to filter progress by label. Labels should be manageable in the Settings screen. examples for labels (Cycle phase: follicular, ovulation, luteal. Session evaluation: amazing, ok, bad)
