Default catalog items are recreated on every launch (duplicates after renaming)

Hi, thanks for the great app! I'm French and I renamed the default exercises and categories into French from within the app. The problem: the catalog seeding runs on every launch (SeedData.loadIfNeeded is called from RootTabView and upserts by exact name), so all the English defaults get recreated and I now have every exercise duplicated in French and English. Deleted defaults come back as well.

Would it be possible to run the seeding only on the first launch, or to match items by a stable ID and skip items the user renamed or deleted? That would also open the door to localizing the app. Happy to test a fix — thanks!
